Refund policy

If you have concerns with your Rock Knocker purchase, you can return your unused order to our warehouse for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the item being delivered.  Please Contact Andy at 623-776-5898 to get your return started.  

• Returns must be unused and in the condition you received them. We reserve the right to adjust your return method and return resolution if your item(s) arrive in a condition which does not meet our returns policy. Items that do not meet our return policy will be returned to sender.
• All returns must be from a verified order. We do not offer returns on items purchased outside of K-UTV.com. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
• Please note the shipping cost paid to receive the initial order will not be refunded.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty
There is no warranty expressed or implied with any K-UTV products.
